LUBRICATION FIELD SERVICE MANAGER

Job Description:

The Centralized Lubrication System Field Service Manager is responsible for overseeing field service operations related to mining service equipment and automatic lubrication equipment. This role involves managing a team of field service technicians, coordinating service activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing technical support as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of field service technicians.
• Coordinate and schedule field service activities, including installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Provide technical support to technicians and customers regarding centralized lubrication systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during field service operations.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to address customer needs and provide feedback for product improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including equipment maintenance and repair reports.
• Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts and tools necessary for field service operations.
• Conduct training sessions for technicians and customers on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve eFiciency and eFectiveness of field service operations.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Support Centralized Lubrication System Mining Service Equipment (CLS MSE) product sales in West Africa.
• Develop CLS Technicians in the field through training and mentoring initiatives.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English is mandatory for all positions.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Field Service Management or Project management with a focus on mining service equipment and automatic lubricationequipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS OFice applications.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
